Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from our Berkley, Michigan studio and generally ship within 1-3 business days. We are closed on all major holidays, and orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us to request expedited processing and choose upgraded shipping during checkout to meet your timeline.

*Carrier delays may occur outside our control, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. We strongly recommend upgrading shipping if your order is time-sensitive, as we cannot guarantee delivery times once the carrier has picked up your parcel.

Place two orders and want to combine to save the planet? (and some $)
We often catch this and automatically combine orders to ship together to save on packaging and carbon emissions. However, we recommend emailing us as soon as possible as we are happy to combine your orders to ship together and refund any extra shipping costs paid.

Sending a gift?
Pricing is automatically omitted from our packing slips, and our products do not have price tags. If you want to include a gift message, you may include your note at checkout, and we will include it in your gift. If you forgot to add your note at checkout, please email us with your order number, and we will happily include it! Are you sending multiple gifts? Please be sure to place separate orders, one for each shipping address.
