We want you to be 100% happy with your June & December purchase. Items in new condition can be returned to us within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We currently do not accept returns for used items. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we will make things right.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels. Please read below for instructions on processing your return.
- We do not accept returns for June & December items purchased at other retailers and are unable to honor their return policies. Please contact the store where you originally purchased June & December items to create a return in accordance with their return policies.
- Final sale and warehouse sale items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To create a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order to include with your return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process your refund within 5 business days to your original form of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs and any discounts received at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be posted on your account.
RETURNING A GIFT?
If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact us here for instructions. Currently, gift refunds are only issued to June & December gift cards.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. Please feel free to contact us here with your request.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases within 7 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We do not offer pricing matching with other retailers selling June & December goods.
