Per-item product minimums are required, and are listed in our catalog.
Our typical turnaround time is within 3-5 business days, however turnaround times may vary. Certain items may also require additional processing time depending on the items and quantities ordered, and we will provide you with an estimated processing time for your order if additional time is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: Order turnaround times will be longer for orders placed during trades shows or immediately following trade shows. Show turnaround times will be available with our show information or upon request.
From time to time certain products may be out of stock when your order is placed. We will notify you of any items that are back-ordered and, if instructed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your current order. All out-of-stock items ship free-of-charge when these items are ready, and will ship immediately unless instructed otherwise.
Payment for all orders is required in full prior to shipment. Your invoice will be sent prior to order completion and will include final shipping & handling charges. We currently accept payment via credit card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, Dwolla or pre-paid check. Cards will not be charged until order is shipped if payment information is collected at the time of order.
Net 30 terms may be extended to accounts that have an established history with us, and have an excellent credit history with references available. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. No orders for accounts with a past-due balance will be shipped until outstanding payment has been made.
product display & packaging
If you plan to sell any of our goods online, either exclusively or in addition to your brick & mortar store, we require that full credit be given to June & December within the product description. Additionally, written approval must be obtained in order to use any of our photography or product copy on your own website. Failure to meet either requirement may result in account termination.
Display & Packaging
Our products will be delivered in their finished packaging and ready to display. All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging and not repacked or separated. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our packaging, or have any special packaging requests/requirements.
