Tranquility Tea Jar

Organically grown and manufactured by husband and wife team, Whole Harmony in Haddam, Ct, this tea was crafted to bring calm to the chaos. It has a light, minty and slightly sweet flavor and is as delicious as it looks. Each jar is 2.2 oz which is approx. 30 tsp (per Jar).

INGREDIENTS

Licorice Root, Tulsi, Skullcap, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Linden, Peppermint + Chamomile

HOW TO MAKE

1. Empty entire jar of herbal blend into a ziplock bag and shake until thoroughly combined, then pour contents back into original jar
2. Depending on desired strength, start by spooning in 1-2 teaspoons of herbal blend
3. Pour 8oz of boiling water over herbs
4. Covering the tea, steep for at least 10-15 minutes
5. Strain herbs from water
6. Sip, savor, and enjoy!
